Storage of your data

BK-Systems is fully committed to ensuring data protection, the security of the customer data you entrust to us, and the well-being of our clientele. This is why any data you provide to us or data we receive through your use of our services is stored exclusively on our in-house server. The backup copy is stored in the cloud with a carefully selected company that is based in Germany and subject to strict European data protection regulations. Registering and verifying your e-mail address helps protect our new system against hacking by unauthorised third parties.  

Improved quality

Our new system will enable us to increase the efficiency of our business processes in the future by mapping and automating recurring work processes in a standardised way. This helps to avoid unnecessary extra work, thereby significantly shortening processing times, increasing the quality of the processes, and significantly improving the monitoring of individual orders. This allows supply bottlenecks and backlogs to be identified at an early stage so that measures can be taken promptly to counteract them. Furthermore, the entire team was involved in the change and provided with the necessary technology so that, whether working at the office or from home, they always have complete access to the system and all the information within it.

Customer satisfaction

The extra time gained through increased efficiency will benefit you, our customer. We will now be able to respond to your needs in a more targeted manner, to provide you with detailed and personalised information about the products you require, and to inform you quickly and transparently in the event of delivery problems or irregularities in order processing. We are always available. We will continue to focus on customer satisfaction in our customer communication and management, despite the necessary changes.    

Our service conditions

The following service conditions are binding to ensure that you can fully enjoy the promised benefits in the future. They come into force upon registration:

You hereby consent, firstly, to the use of your e-mail address to be passed on to the transport service so that you can be informed promptly of the current delivery status and, secondly, for the purpose of order and company-related communication. Product advertisements for individual manufacturers are hereby excluded.

You hereby accept the retention of title set out in our Terms of Sale. Your consent applies without exception to all future orders you place with us.

By placing an order, you agree to our General Terms of Sale, in particular the Terms and Conditions of Payment, in full.

Our General Packaging and Transport Charges are binding for all customer orders.
